We are professional property investors and developers with over 10 years of experience. We work actively with our investors to both acquire, develop, sell and rent out properties.
OUR AIM
We are building a portfolio of properties by acquiring, enhancing value and refinancing for sale and rent. Our objective is to create and manage a property portfolio using a buy, renovate, rent and refinance model for our investors.
SKILLS/
EXPERIENCE
We have a great deal of experience in finance and project management with a track record of over 20 years in managing projects and business.
We also have experience in assessing and managing project risk, designing processes to mitigate these, and delivering projects from inception through to sale.

We work with property sourcers and estate agents to identify opportunities, assess the viability and consider planning issues on developments. We also have significant experience in costing and budgeting for projects. We aim to maximise value, saleability and investment returns.

Our investment strategy offers investors a secure yet profitable return on their capital investment. We develop relationships with estate agents and we are often offered investment opportunities before they come to market. We have established relationships with financial institutions and independent investors, which enables us to act quickly.
